The Simpson Hybrid Sport Youth Head & Neck Restraint is designed to provide unparalleled safety and protection for children aged 7-9 years (22-26 inch) who participate in Autgrass, Oval Racing, and other competitive racing events. This restraint system is engineered with child-specific features, ensuring the utmost peace of mind for parents. The Hybrid Sport Youth boasts fixed tethers that are non-adjustable, providing a secure fitment to standard FHR posts. This system can be specially ordered with quick release fittings at the time of ordering; however, this cannot be retro-fitted like the adult versions. This innovative restraint system offers the lowest profile of any comparable device, ensuring maximum comfort and maneuverability. The Hybrid Sport Youth is designed to work seamlessly with standard FHR clips (FIA 8858-2002 or FIA 8858-2010) or can be specified with M61 Quick Release tethers and clips (FIA 8858-2010). The system features no special seat or harness requirements, making it comfortable for use with 2" or 3" harnesses. Units can be painted to match your colour scheme, providing a seamless integration with your racing equipment. Supplied as standard to fit your existing FIA Hans posts, the Hybrid Sport Youth includes M61 quick release tethers and anchors. These anchors replace your original Hans posts, allowing the driver to release the restraint by a simple pull on the cord attached to the helmet. The Simpson Hybrid Series is designed to protect during front, offset, and side impacts, offering unparalleled safety features. The system is approved for helmets with FIA 8858-2002 or FIA 8858-2010 standards or higher. Ideal for where the helmet may be taken on and off more frequently, this restraint system provides a quick release option. Sizes available: * X-Small Child (4-6 Years), 22-26" (56-66cm) adjustment * Child (7-9 Years), 22-26" (56-66cm) adjustment * Youth (9-12Years), 26-30" (66-76cm) adjustment Please note that all sizes of the Hybrid Sport Youth are only SFI Approved.
