The Scorpion Non-Resonated 2.5" Cat Back Exhaust System is designed to offer a perfect balance between performance gains and ease of installation, replacing the original components from the catalytic converter back. This system replaces secondary catalytic converters where necessary, ensuring that primary catalytic converters remain in place, making it road legal and MOT compliant. The system's design expertise, combined with Scorpion's precision mandrel worked aircraft grade T304 steel, increases power through improved flow rate and reduced back pressure. The T304 steel is renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance and thermal properties, ensuring a lifetime guarantee for the original purchaser. This exhaust system comes with a range of tailpipe options to suit different vehicles: STW Tailpipes feature twin slash cut round tubes, sized accordingly to application; Boxer Tailpipe offers a single inward rolled, slash-cut rectangular oval tube; Daytona Tailpipe features a round inner-taper design, sized for each application; Evo Tailpipe and Evo R Tailpipe offer a single inward rolled oval tube, with dimensions of 114mm x 87mm and 155mm x 100mm respectively; Imola Tailpipe provides a single inward rolled round tube, sized accordingly to application; Le Mans Tailpipes feature twin inward rolled, straight-cut round tubes; Monaco Tailpipes boast twin inward rolled slash cut oval tubes, sized to application; Stealth Tailpipe is designed for discreet power and sound; Suzuka Tailpipe features a single slash cut large round tube; Tuner Tailpipe offers a single slash cut tailpipe, sized to application. Some vehicles may have multiple systems available with different back box and trim options. These will be listed as separate products and aren't an option on a single system. The Scorpion Cat Back Exhaust System is designed to offer a perfect balance between performance gains and ease of installation, replacing the original components from the catalytic converter back. The systems generally replace secondary catalytic converters where fitted, some systems may go from the secondary catalyst back where necessary and these are described as Secondary Cat-Back Exhaust System. This in combination with Scorpion's exhaust design know-how helps increase power through increased flow-rate and reduced back pressure but leaves primary catalistic converters in place so the car remains road legal and will pass MOTs. The precision mandrel worked aircraft grade T304 steel is the highest standard steel used for automotive parts, offering excellent corrosion resistance and thermal properties.
