The Samco Diesel and Oil Resistant Straight Silicone Hose - Standard Colours, 54mm Classic Black offers superior quality and performance with its specially manufactured fluorosilicone liner. This liner enables the hose to withstand short-term exposure to petrol fluids and vapours, making it ideal for oil or fuel filler neck assemblies or oil breather plumbing applications. The Samco Standard colours include a range of options such as Blue, Red, Green, Yellow, Purple, Orange, and British Racing Green, in addition to the Classic Black. The wall thickness varies according to diameter: 4mm on diameters 6.5 to 48mm, 5.2mm on diamers 51mm to 83mm, and 6.5mm on diamers 89 to 200mm. These hoses are supplied in 1-meter lengths but can be special ordered in 0.5, 2, or 3 meter lengths - please call for details. The maximum temperature these hoses can withstand is 180 degrees Celsius (356 F). Please note that this hose type is not suitable for permanent fuel or oil transfer (fuel or oil lines) or immersion in fuel or oil.
