These high-performance organic clutch plates are a direct replacement for OEM clutch plates and feature a sprung centre that serves to dampen the vibration between the engine and transmission, ensuring smooth operation even under extreme conditions. When engines are tuned to make more power and torque, the original clutch can often be pushed beyond its working limits, resulting in the clutch slipping and preventing the extra power from being utilized. The Sachs High Performance Clutch Plate is designed to address this issue, providing a higher quality friction surface that can handle increased torque. For these clutch plates to operate at their maximum torque capacity, they should be used with a Sachs high performance clutch cover. *Note: Clutch covers are sold separately*.
