Ring UV Dyes - Automotive Oils & Fuels

The Ring UV Dyes are an innovative solution for automotive oil and fuel leak detection. These dyes are designed to provide a quick and easy way to identify leaks in various systems, including hydraulic, engine oil, petrol/diesel fluids, coolant systems, air conditioning systems, and surface water leaks. The UV dyes are safe to use in any system, eliminating the need for flushing and refilling after detection. Accessories like an inline dye injector for the Air Conditioning System Dye and a cleaner/degreaser to clean up excess dye are available. The UV light is required to show the leaks. These dyes are suitable for all oil types, including mineral, semi-synthetic, and synthetic oils. One 25ml bottle can treat 8-10 liters of petrol engine oil, 3-5 liters of diesel engine oil, or 10 liters of hydraulic fluid. For petrol/diesel fuel, one 25ml bottle treats up to 15 liters. For coolant systems, the dye is added to detect leaks in water pipes and radiators. One 25ml bottle can treat 10 liters of OAT (pink) or IAT (yellow). Surface water leaks can be detected by spraying the dye onto bodywork and window seals using a spray bottle (not included). Refrigerant systems can also be tested using the dye injector (not included), which is injected into the A/C system to detect refrigerant leaks. One 5ml bottle is required for 250ml of refrigerant. It's important to note that engineers conducting A/CP tests must be F-Gas registered. With the Ring UV Dyes, identifying leaks has never been easier and more efficient.
