This comprehensive Quaife 2 speed close ratio gear kit is specifically designed for high-performance applications such as Autograss or short circuit racing in Vauxhall/Opel models like Astra, Kadett Cavalier, Vectra, and Calibra. The gear kit features straight-cut gears with dog engagement and is compatible with the original 5-speed F16, F18, and F20 gear casing. The kit comes complete with a heavy-duty replacement end cover, selectors, and a crown wheel and pinion. It offers a choice of final drive ratios, allowing users to optimize their gear ratios for maximum performance. The dog engagement feature enables rapid gear changes, making it ideal for high-performance applications.

For precise gear changes, we recommend using this kit in conjunction with the Quaife Gear lever and turret assembly.
