AeroCatch Xtreme Heavy Duty Panel Fasteners - Plus Flush Kit, Locking, Black

The AeroCatch Xtreme is the latest addition to the highly popular range, designed specifically for heavy-duty applications such as rally and off-road vehicles. Building on the success of its predecessors, this latest edition boasts higher tensile strength zinc-plated steel strike pins, making it a formidable solution for panel fixing. The aerodynamically efficient and aesthetically styled AeroCatch is raising the bar in panel fixing, providing a wide variety of fixing solutions for bodywork on motorsport vehicles. The PTFE-coated strike pins minimize the need for regular lubrication and can be used through the base or side, making them suitable for bonets or boots. There are two types of AeroCatch available: 'Above Panel' (formerly known as Plus Flush) and 'Below Panel' (formerly known as Flush). Both types come with the option of locking or non-locking. The 'Above Panel' kit (120 Series) is designed to be fixed through the top surface of a panel using six M4 countersunk screws, resulting in a flange that sits 2.5mm above the panel surface. Ideal for thin metallic or composite panels. The 'Below Panel' kit (125 Series) is designed to be fixed from underneath the panel, creating a flush surface and can be bonded into position so that there are no fasteners visible from the top of the panel. Ideally suited for composite panels.
