The AeroCatch Panel Fasteners, designed to set new standards in panel fixing, provide a comprehensive range of solutions for bodywork on Motorsport vehicles. With its PTFF-coated strike pins, this innovative system eliminates the need for regular lubrication and can be used through the base or side, making it suitable for bonnets or boots. The AeroCatch Panel Fasteners come in two types: 'Above Panel' (formerly known as Plus Flush) and 'Below Panel' (formerly known as Flush). Both types are available in black, white, or carbon look, and can be chosen with locking or non-locking options. The 'Above Panel Kit' (120 Series) is designed to be fixed through the top surface of a panel using six M4 countersunk screws. The fitting flange will be 2.5mm above the panel surface, making it ideal for thin metallic or composite panels. The 'Below Panel Kit' (125 Series) is designed to be fixed from underneath the panel, creating a flush surface and can be bonded into position, ensuring no visible fasteners on the top of the panel. This makes it ideally suited for composite panels.
