Piper Cams have been pioneers in the design and manufacturing of high-performance camshafts since the late 1960s, maintaining their forefront position in profile design. Many leading motorsport teams worldwide trust Piper for their choice of camshaft manufacturer, ensuring that you receive the same superior quality. Piper camshafts are available in a diverse range of profiles, each offering distinct engine characteristics and power curves. This allows you to choose the ideal profile to suit your requirements, whether it's a smoother power delivery at low RPM or high-revving competition engines. Typical profiles include:

Fast Road: Power band between 1500-6500 RPM
Ultimate Road: Power band between 2500-7500 RPM
Rally: Power band between 2800-7500 RPM (ideal for high-performance applications)
Race: Power band between 3000-8000 RPM (suitable for extreme competition engines)

The quoted power bands are a generalisation and will vary from engine to engine. Notes: Generating an order online will supply a blank cast camshaft. Reprofiling or Exchange of original camshafts are also available for some applications (depending on the condition of original camshafts), offering a more economical solution for fitting Piper Camshafts.
