The BSCI Energy Impact Systems (EIS) Seat Insert Kit is a trusted choice for motorsport enthusiasts and professionals, having proven its performance in high-level race car seats across various racing categories such as LMP1, LMP2, GT & Sportscars, as well as single seaters. It has been homologated by the FIA for use in Motorsport competition in technical lists #17 and #50. The BSCI material offers superior impact absorption properties compared to traditional materials, while also being fire resistant. This kit includes all necessary components to create a personalised, mess-free and time-efficient insert that moulds perfectly to the driver's body for maximum support and enhanced safety in the event of a collision. The EIS system uses a 2-part liquid process, meaning it has no solid matter to compromise the formation of the driver's body shape. As a result, it provides maximum support without shrinking, cracking or becoming brittle over time. The unique selling point of EIS is that it utilises EC-50 FIA compliant foam material, making it the only mouldable insert kit on the market with this feature. Advantages of EIS Seat Insert Kit over other seat kits include: - Rigorous testing to SFI 45.2 standards for impact and flammability - Faster completion time compared to beaded seats - Beginning as a liquid, the material conforms to every contour of the driver's body for exact comfort and support - Resilient material that does not need replacement after an impact - Slower foaming rate, providing more time to achieve the optimal position in the seat The EIS Seat Insert Kit is available in five sizes: 27 litre (Small), 36 litre (Medium), 53 litre (Large), 72 litre (X-Large) and 95 litre (XX-Large). Each kit includes 2 containers of foam (part A and part B), sheets of EC-50 foam (the number of sheets and thickness depend on the kit size), 1 roll of double-sided adhesive tape, 1 roll of black gaffer tape, 1 plastic bag, CarbonX material to cover the seat and 1 mixing tool.
