Mocal Alloy Oil Catch Tanks are essential additions for high-performance and race vehicles, as they efficiently manage the oil vapour generated by these engines. Traditional cars recycle the engine's breathers' oil and vapour through the intake system to be burned off, but this process can negatively impact performance on tuned engines that produce increased vapour volumes. Mocal Alloy Oil Catch Tanks are meticulously crafted from high-quality alloy materials and come in a 2 litre capacity with an anodised red finish. They are designed to be mounted securely within the car's inner wing or bulkhead, featuring two 13mm inlets for easy connection of engine breather pipes. The innovative cap design ensures that no oil bypasses while allowing the tank to breathe properly. A convenient sight gauge on the side of the tank enables easy monitoring of its contents, indicating when it is time to empty the tank via the drain plug located at the bottom. For optimal installation flexibility, the tank inlets can be mounted on either side. Mocal Alloy Oil Catch Tanks are available in various capacities and finishes, including 1 litre (115mm high x 132mm wide x 88mm deep), 2 litres (220mm high x 132mm wide x 88mm deep), and 3 litres (240mm high x 150mm wide x 100mm deep).
