The K&N Apollo Closed Air Intake System offers a universal fitment, making it an excellent choice for upgrading your vehicle's air intake system. This innovative design combines the advantages of both open cone filters and standard air boxes in one unit. With its unique shape, this closed air intake enhances volumetric efficiency, ensuring optimal engine performance. The Apollo's durable lightweight outer shell minimises heat build-up while directing cooler outside air into the engine through a specially designed cold air hose with a radius end cap. This not only keeps the intake charge cool but also reduces turbulence, maximising air flow for improved efficiency. This closed air intake system is compatible with normally aspirated engines up to 250BHP and turbo engines up to 350BHP. The reusable K&N High-Flow Air Filter included in the package ensures a cleaner, more efficient airflow while retaining the benefits of a closed airbox. The Apollo comes with a selection of vent adaptors (1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" outside diameter) for easy installation, ensuring compatibility with most engine breathers and temperature sensors from the original air box assembly. For engines not requiring a vent adaptor, a blanking plug is also included. The K&N Apollo Closed Air Intake System's universal fitment makes it suitable for various vehicle models.
