The Kaaz Limited Slip Differential (LSD) - 1.5 Way Basic Centre is precision-engineered to withstand the harsh conditions of Motorsport events, providing reliability and high competitiveness in top-level competition cars worldwide. Designed for fast road, track day, or Motorsport use, this differential offers smoother driving experiences with less aggressive lock-up on deceleration. The Kaaz LSDs are optimized for performance during acceleration while providing a lighter lock-up on deceleration, making them ideal for smoother driving styles. Despite being less aggressive, the 1.5 way unit is still suitable for aggressive Motorsports like drifting or gymkhana events. This differential is available in two variants: the 1.5 Way and the 2 Way. Both options provide the same performance under acceleration, but they differ in their lock-up behaviour during deceleration. The 2 Way variant has a more aggressive lock, making it a favourite for drifting, gymkhana, or rallying. The Standard or Super Q versions of these differentials offer the same performance, with the Super Q option featuring WPC-treated clutch plates that reduce chatter and clunking noises associated with plate-type LSDs. The WPC treatment also removes the need to 'break in' the differential and reduces clutch plate wear, resulting in longer service and adjustment intervals.
