Jetex Decibel Insert - 2.5 Inch

Jetex Decibel Inserts are a cost-effective solution for reducing exhaust noise, making them an ideal choice for situations where exhausts need to comply with decibel limits on track days or during competitions. They can be permanently installed by welding into the exhaust system or alternatively secured using self-tapping screws for easy removal. For optimal sound dampening results, these inserts should be placed within a minimum pipe run of 300mm. Please note that Jetex Decibel Inserts are designed specifically to fit Jetex exhaust tubing; therefore, the size corresponds to the OD (Outside Diameter) of the exhaust tube. For example, the 2.5-inch decibel insert is suitable for a 2.5-inch OD Jetex exhaust tubing. However, if you're using a different brand's exhaust tubing, please consult the dimension drawing to ensure proper sizing compatibility. These inserts are made from mild steel.
