The ITG Maxogen Air Filter series has been developed to offer a superior solution for universal air filter installations, providing a high-quality alternative that excels in performance and durability. The Trifoam system, specially developed by ITG, ensures that the filters draw in three stages, guaranteeing low weight without compromising filtration efficiency. Manufactured using modern adhesives, these filters are bonded to ensure resistance to water, fumes, oils, and fuels for long-term use in competitive environments. They are washable and reusable (once re-oiled), making them an economical solution compared to regular paper filter replacements. The Maxogen air filters come in three shape types: cylindrical, regular, and large conical shapes with various neck diameters and power ratings from 200-600bhp. ITG recommends the cone-shaped filters for motorsport or high-power applications that require exceptional performance and torque. These upgraded filters feature a durable plastic cage, offering internal support. For special order only, straight-sided filters are available where space is a concern. Please note that ITG air filters require pre-oiling prior to installation.
