The insert is crafted from free-cutting steel to 9SMnPb28K, 12L13, providing easy machining during manufacturing while offering high tensile strength. The insert features a PTFE liner bonded to the inner surface for seamless operation and maintenance-free use. The ball is made from bearing steel to 100Cr6, Aisi 52100, which ensures smooth motion due to its hardened, ground, and polished surface. The ball's high hardness provides excellent wear resistance and long life. These rod ends come with the following thread sizes: M6 x 1.00mm, M8 x 1.25mm, M10 x 1.5mm, M12 x 1.75mm, M14 x 2.0mm, M16 x 2.0mm, M18 x 1.5mm and M20 x 1.5mm.
