The Tilton 600 Series Top Mount Overhung 2 Pedal Lightweight Assembly with Forged Pedals boasts a sleek design that features forward-facing master cylinders (not included) which are positioned within the engine compartment. The assembly is housed in a lightweight alloy frame, providing both durability and reduced overall weight. This setup includes a high strength 7/16 balance bar with Teflon coated clevises to ensure smooth operation and prevent rust or corrosion. The pedals on this assembly are adjustable to meet individual driver preferences, with the ability to modify their vertical and horizontal positions as well as angle. The lightweight aluminum frame incorporates guide ramps that help minimize balance bar tipping for improved stability during use. Each forged aluminum pedal is engineered for high rigidity while maintaining a low weight profile. Oil impregnated bushed are employed at the pivot points to facilitate a smoother action, and spring washers are added to reduce any unwanted lateral movement. These pedals offer a non-slip surface for enhanced grip and control during driving. This bulkhead mount pedal assembly features an adjustable clutch pedal stop that allows drivers to fine-tune their setup as needed. The master cylinders and reservoirs are not included with the assembly and can be purchased separately. The adjustable pedal ratio of this system ranges from 5.0:1 to 6.2:1, allowing users to tailor their driving experience according to their preferences.
