The Malpassi Competition Filter King Fuel Pressure Regulator and Filter is a highly sought-after component for car enthusiasts with carburettor-equipped vehicles. Its 85mm alloy bowl houses an effective fuel filtration system that simultaneously regulates fuel pressure, preventing any unwanted restrictions in the air-fuel mixture. This model features 8mm push-on fittings and can be customised with or without a gauge for flexible installation options. Designed to accommodate ethanol-based fuels (E85), this regulator ensures compatibility with various fuel types. The supplied brackets and bolts simplify the fitting process, making it an easy upgrade for your vehicle. The pressure regulation mechanism is conveniently positioned atop the unit, allowing for simple adjustments within a range of 1.5 - 7 Psi. Precise pressure settings can be achieved using a fuel pressure gauge, which is recommended for initial setup. Once the preferred pressure level has been established, the gauge should be replaced with the provided blanking plug to maintain optimal performance.
