The Fuelab High Flow In-Line Return Fuel Pressure Regulator (525xx Series) is a versatile and high-performance component, suitable for a wide range of fuel systems. With a 25-90 Psi pressure range, this regulator can be used in various applications from petrol to diesel engines, as well as those utilising alternative fuels such as methanol or ethanol. Designed with car enthusiasts in mind, it allows for precise adjustments thanks to its billet aluminium body and fine pitch threaded adjuster. The 525xx Series regulator is similar to the popular 515xx Series but features only one inlet port, making it suitable for more compact installations. The inlet port is equipped with a -6 AN (JIC) connection, while the return port is also a -6 AN (JIC). A key feature of this model is its in-line return design, which allows for easier fitting in confined spaces compared to traditional underside return models. For enhanced control and monitoring, this regulator includes a 1/8 NPT pressure reference port, complete with a barbed fitting. Additionally, it has an auxiliary 1/8 NPT port that can be used for the attachment of a fuel pressure gauge, should you require accurate and real-time pressure readings.
