Introducing the Fuelab High Flow In-Line Fuel Filter (848xx Series), an essential addition to your vehicle's fuel system. This advanced filter is designed for seamless in-line use, providing a flow capacity of 200 gallons per hour and handling up to 200 psi for optimal performance in high flow and high pressure systems. Our innovative design incorporates an integrated check valve that ensures fuel pressure is maintained during engine shutdown and start-up. This feature also helps prevent vapors from building up in your fuel rails, contributing to improved engine cooling and longevity. The combined functionality of the filter and check valve provides additional protection for both components. The 848xx Series Fuel Filter features end fittings ranging from -6 JIC to -8 JIC for versatile installation options. The billet aluminium casing is available in various colours, allowing you to customise your filter to match your engine's aesthetic. The removable end plate enables easy replacement of the 3-inch filter element when cleaning or maintenance becomes necessary (separate elements are also available for purchase). Choose from a range of filter elements tailored to different applications and fuel types: 10 micron / Paper Element - This economical option provides excellent filtration for petrol and diesel fuels. It is disposable but offers solid performance. 40 micron / Stainless Steel Element - Ideal for racing conditions, this cleanable element offers ultimate compatibility with E85 and methanol fuel types. 75 micron / Stainless Steel Element - Designed as a pre-filter for fuel pumps, it helps prevent cavitation with minimal pressure drop while maintaining excellent compatibility with E85 and methanol fuels. 6 micron / Micro-Fiberglass Element - Our most advanced element offers enhanced particle protection and improved filter efficiency, reducing maintenance requirements. This disposable element is also compatible with E85 and methanol fuel types. All Fuelab products are backed by our Forever Fixed warranty, which covers the original purchaser against all material or workmanship defects for life.
