The Fuelab High Flow In-Line Fuel Filter (818xx Series) - 75 Micron Element is a premium quality fuel filter designed for in-line use. This fuel filter boasts a flow capacity of up to 200 GPH, making it suitable for high flow and high-pressure systems. The end fittings on this filter are available in a variety of sizes from -6 JIC to -12 JIC, enabling compatibility with different vehicle setups. The billet aluminium casing of the fuel filter is not only robust but also stylish, allowing you to customise your engine's appearance by choosing from a range of colours available. The removable end plate facilitates easy replacement or cleaning of the 3" filter element (which can be purchased separately). The 818xx Series High Flow Fuel Filter offers three different filter element options: 10 micron, 40 micron, 75 micron, and 6 micron. The 10-micron filter element is made of cellulose and is the most economical option that provides excellent filtration for both petrol and diesel engines. For harsh racing conditions or ultimate fuel compatibility, the 40-micron stainless steel element comes into play - this cleanable element does not necessarily require replacement for maintenance. The 75-micron filter element should be used solely as a pre-filter for fuel pumps* and helps prevent pump cavitation with an extremely low pressure drop. This element, like the others, is compatible with E85 and Methanol fuel types. If you are seeking maximum particle protection and minimal maintenance requirements, the 6-micron micro-fiberglass element is your best choice. However, it should be noted that this disposable filter element is not to be cleaned and must be replaced when necessary. All Fuelab products come with a 'Forever Fixed' warranty. This comprehensive warranty covers all material and workmanship defects for the original purchaser, ensuring your peace of mind in their products' quality and durability. * A finer micron rated element is recommended to protect injectors and carburettors downstream of the fuel pump.
