The Fuelab 818xx Series High Flow In-Line Fuel Filter is an essential addition to your vehicle's fuel system, providing optimal filtration and protection for your engine. Designed for in-line use, this filter boasts a flow capacity of up to 200GPH and can handle pressures up to 200PSI, ensuring smooth operation even in high flow and high pressure systems. The end fittings on this fuel filter are available in a range of sizes, from -6 JIC to -12 JIC, allowing for versatile installation and compatibility with various vehicle types. The billet aluminium casing is not only robust but also customisable, as it comes in a variety of colours to match your engine components. The removable end plate makes replacing or cleaning the 3" filter element quick and easy - simply unscrew the plate and replace the element when necessary. Element options include: - 10 micron / Paper Element (Cellulose): The most economical option, providing excellent filtration suitable for petrol and diesel engines. - 40 micron / Stainless Steel Element: Ideal for harsh racing conditions and ultimate fuel compatibility, this cleanable element does not necessarily require replacement for maintenance. It is compatible with E85 and Methanol fuel types. - 75 micron / Stainless Steel Element: This pre-filter should only be used before your fuel pump to prevent cavitation. With an extremely low pressure drop, it also protects against particles in E85 and Methanol fuel types. - 6 micron / Micro-Fiberglass Element: The most advanced element, providing extra particle protection and reducing maintenance requirements with improved filter efficiency. This disposable element is not to be cleaned and is compatible with E85 and Methanol fuel types. In order to protect your injectors and carburettors from finer particles downstream of the fuel pump, a finer micron rated element is recommended. All Fuelab products come with a Forever Fixed warranty, covering material or workmanship defects for the original purchaser.
