The Fuelab High Flow In-Line Fuel Filter (818xx Series) with a 40-micron element is designed for seamless integration into your vehicle's fuel system. This filter boasts an impressive flow capacity of up to 200GPH and can handle pressures as high as 200PSI, ensuring optimal performance even in demanding situations. With JIC fittings available from -6 to -12, the range caters to a variety of applications. The billet aluminium casing not only enhances the filter's durability but also allows you to personalise your installation by matching it with your engine components. The removable end plate provides easy access for cleaning or replacing the 3-inch filter element (sold separately). Choose from three different micron rated elements, each tailored to suit specific requirements: 1. 10 Micron / Paper Element (Cellulose): Economical and widely used, this disposable element offers excellent filtration suitable for petrol and diesel fuel systems. 2. 40 Micron / Stainless Steel Element: Built to withstand harsh racing conditions, this cleanable and reusable element ensures ultimate fuel compatibility and is ideal for E85 and methanol fuel types. 3. 75 Micron / Stainless Steel Element: Ideal as a pre-filter for fuel pumps, it minimises pump cavitation while maintaining low pressure drop. It is compatible with both E85 and methanol fuel types. 4. 6 Micron / Micro-Fiberglass Element: This advanced element provides additional particle protection with enhanced filter efficiency, reducing maintenance requirements. However, it is disposable and should not be cleaned. This element also works with E85 and methanol fuel types. Please note that a finer micron rated element (e.g. 6-micron) is recommended for protecting injectors and carburettors downstream of the fuel pump.
