The Design Engineering Titanium Turbo Shield boasts a cutting-edge, multi-layer construction that provides unparalleled heat protection. Constructed from pulverized volcanic rock, this shield is integrated into a wrap-type material for exceptional durability.

• Withstands extremely high temperatures up to 982°C direct and 1300°C radiant, keeping heat in the turbine and out of the engine bay area
• Reduces under-bonnet temperatures, leading to improved engine performance and faster turbo spooling

This shield is specifically designed for the Garrett T25/28 Turbo range, fitting snugly around the problematic heat area without excess material or obstacles. However, it's also compatible with other turbo brands.

The outer shell material is extremely robust in all environments, combined with a high-temperature silica-based padded insulation inner layer for added protection of the engine bay and turbo. Not only does this shield improve performance, but it also enhances under-bonnet appearance.

The Titanium Turbo Shield can be neatly clipped into place, offering an alternative to traditional turbo covers. It's available either as a standalone product or part of a kit that includes locking ties and extra titanium exhaust wrap.
