These Canton Universal Single Oil Input Sandwich Plates are versatile components designed for use in a variety of automotive applications. Featuring multiple thread options including 3/4"-16, 13/16"-16, 18mm-1.5 and 20mm-1.5, they cater to diverse engine configurations. With a standard 2-5/8" O-Ring, these plates ensure a secure seal for optimal oil flow. The 1/2" N.P.T. oil input port on the plate facilitates easy integration with filtration systems before the oil reaches the engine. These plates are designed to mount between the oil filter and block, enabling a simple 1-1/4" height reduction for streamlined installation. By eliminating the need for drilling or tapping, these sandwich plates make it convenient to connect your Accusump unit to your engine. To install, simply replace your existing oil filter with the adaptor, followed by installing a new filter on top of the adapter. Finally, attach the feed line from the Accusump to the 1/2 NPT female port on the plate for seamless integration. Please note that this adapter is not compatible with check valves.
