BMC CDA Carbon Dynamic Airbox - Type 1

Introducing the BMC CDA Carbon Dynamic Airbox - Type 1, a revolutionary air intake system designed to enhance your vehicle's power and torque. This advanced carbon fibre air box, accompanied by a washable filter element and customisable length of air ducting pipe, is proven to deliver superior performance on both the track and dyno. Replacing the conventional air box, this system allows for the unadulterated intake of cold air through an internal airflow deflector, which is then channeled directly into your engine with minimal pressure drop, thanks to our patented technology. The included black alloy ducting (60 cm length) enables seamless integration with any air intake or other pipework at the front of your car. This universal fit system caters to a wide range of engines, but specific brackets and adaptors may be necessary for a complete installation, depending on your vehicle's make and model. The CDA Airbox is available in three different sizes: Type 1, suitable for up to 1600cc engines with outlet diameters of 60 and 65mm; Type 2, recommended for engines over 1600cc with outlet diameters of 70 and 85mm; and Type 3, ideal for 6-cylinder and V8 engines with an inlet diameter of 80mm and an outlet diameter of 100mm. Please note that, as a universal kit, some minor modifications might be required to ensure optimal fitting on your vehicle.
