BMC CDA Carbon Dynamic Airbox - Type 2

The BMC CDA Carbon Dynamic Airbox Type 2 is an advanced air intake system that replaces your vehicle's standard air box. This carbon air box, paired with a washable filter element and an extendable length of black alloy ducting pipe (60 cm), works seamlessly to enhance the power and torque output of your engine. Our patented system channels cold air directly into the airbox through an internal airflow deflector, resulting in very little pressure drop when drawing air into the engine. This upgrade delivers a significant performance boost on both the track and dyno. The CDA kit is designed as a 'universal' fit solution, meaning it can be adapted to most vehicles with some adjustments. However, specific brackets or adaptors may be necessary for certain applications. This high-performance airbox system is available in three sizes: - Type 1: Ideal for engines up to 1600cc (outlets 60, 65mm; length 185mm) - Type 2: Suitable for engines over 1600cc (outlets 70, 85mm; length 200mm) - Type 3: Designed for 6 cylinder and V8 engines (inlet 80mm, outlet 100mm; length 200mm) Please note that this is a universal kit, which means some fabrication work may be needed to ensure it fits your specific vehicle.
