Avo's Universal Twin Tube Coilover Damper is designed for a wide variety of applications, from kit cars to competition racing. With CNC-machined one-piece damper bodies, these dampers offer precision engineering and durability. Solid top and bottom mounting loops ensure a secure fit, while the choice of 1/2" chrome-plated piston rods ensures reliable performance. Adjustment Options: Choose between single adjustable and double adjustable dampers. Single adjustable dampers allow for simultaneous bump and rebound adjustments via one control knob. Double adjustable dampers, on the other hand, offer separate control of bump and rebound, providing finer tuning for enhanced handling capabilities. Body Sizes: Dampers with a 1.625" body diameter accommodate springs with an internal diameter of 1.9", while those with a 2" body diameter accept springs with a 2.25" internal diameter. Mounting Types: Dampers can be specified with either poly bushes or spherical bearings. Poly bushes offer some flex and help to isolate vibrations, making them ideal for road use. Spherical bearings eliminate any play but do not isolate vibrations, thus they are better suited to competition applications where handling precision is paramount. Length: The listed length represents the measurement between the centres of the mounting points. Material: Choose from steel or aluminium bodies for your damper, depending on your specific requirements and preferences.
