The AIM MyChron5 S 2T is a state-of-the-art dash logger and kart lap timer for racers, boasting improved features over its predecessor. With a redesigned Wi-Fi module, the data download speed has increased five times faster, ensuring quick access to valuable insights after each race. The MyChron5 S 2T is equipped with a powerful processor that's two times more efficient than earlier models and comes with ample memory for storing a wealth of performance data. This advanced system features a high-resolution graphical display, complete with built-in GPS to track kart engine parameters and lap data at an impressive 25Hz frequency. The MyChron5 S 2T has three major enhancements over its predecessor: the integrated GPS, a more powerful processor, and a nine-axis inertial platform for increased accuracy and precision. The AIM MyChron5 S 2T comes with two temperature sensor inputs, allowing users to monitor water temperature or under-plug cylinder head temperature (CHT) or exhaust gas temperature (EGT). This latest version of the MyChron5 is supplied with one temperature sensor; you can choose between an M5 or M10 water temperature sensor, an under plug CHT sensor, or an EGT sensor (standard M5 or M12 to suit KF Engine Type). The optional second temperature sensor can be connected using the included dual/splitter patch lead, which offers three options: Black/Yellow, Black/Black, and Yellow/Yellow. With seven configurable display colours, drivers can easily view essential data in real-time. The MyChron5 S 2T automatically adjusts its display brightness based on ambient lighting conditions for optimal visibility. Users can define custom pages with graphical bars or digits via software or directly on the dash. The robust housing ensures durability, while the wider display guarantees excellent readability. The anti-scratch non-reflecting polycarbonate screen and metallic push buttons add to the device's overall strength and longevity. MyChron5 S 2T is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery that offers up to ten hours of continuous use. It can also be connected to your kart's 12v battery if preferred. This versatile system includes shift light and alarm LEDs, five RGB lights per gear with customizable RPM thresholds, as well as calculated gear number display for shift karts. MyChron5 S 2T features a wide, high-resolution display with configurable multicolour backlight for enhanced data viewing. The integrated GPS system automatically detects which track you're racing on and provides lap times, predictive lap times, and split times without additional sensors or configuration. The Race Studio software (free to download) enables comprehensive post-race analysis of your performance. Additional expansion options include the LCU-One Lambda controller for precise engine tuning, MyChron Expansion for adding extra sensors, and SmartyCam HD camera for professional videos with real-time data overlaid.
