The Turbosmart BOV5 Universal Blow Off Valve (BOV) is a high-quality, performance upgrade for your car's factory blow-off valve. It offers flexible modular construction and superior flow in a compact design. Direct bolt-on replacement makes installation simple. We cater to various custom needs with different valve types. Our BOV5 range is suitable for high-performance builds up to 600HPA. The BOV5's universal, turbo-specific, and vehicle-specific options are designed to fit cars with limited engine bay space or design constraints that make fitting a multi-fit blow-off valve challenging. Application-specific blow-off valves come as direct bolt-on kits with all necessary fittings included. Made from strong, lightweight billet aluminium, the BOV5 has a precise piston-to-body fit that eliminates the need for O-ring piston seals, improving responsiveness and extending service life. The BOV5 is available in various configurations: Dual-Port, Plumb-Back, or Supersonic, depending on your application type. The Dual-Port valve gives a 50/50 split between charge-air recirculation and atmospheric venting for a noticeable turbo whoosh at high boost levels but quieter operation at lower levels. It includes a blanking plate for custom configurations. The Plumb-Back valve is a fully recirculating, quiet alternative with a sealed design suitable for cars with sensitive air flow systems and off-road applications. The Supersonic valve vents 100% excess pressure into the atmosphere for superior flow performance and a unique 'supersonic' sound. The Vee Port Pro is a high-flow, full vent to atmosphere valve developed for Powersports market. Its lightweight construction, compact size, and quick-release V-band clamp make it ideal for high-performance projects with limited space. The BOV5's modular design allows easy maintenance, interchangeable parts, and adaptability to various application requirements.
