AP Racing Factory Big Brake Kits are top-of-the-line brake systems specifically designed for high-performance road and trackday use. These kits showcase 4 or 6 piston alloy calipers and larger diameter 2 piece discs that deliver superior stopping power compared to stock brakes. The larger discs, combined with multi piston calipers, reduce brake fade - an essential feature for demanding driving conditions such as track days or spirited road journeys. The complete kit includes all necessary hardware and premium brake fluid, ensuring easy installation and long-lasting performance. Each component is engineered to AP Racing's exacting standards, with dust seals and a corrosion-resistant finish on the calipers for durability and reliability. The 2 piece disc design - consisting of a high-quality rotor and lightweight alloy bell - further reduces rotational mass, minimising costs associated with disc replacement. The wider discs with optimised cooling vanes provide enhanced heat dissipation, reducing the risk of disc warping or overheating under extreme conditions. Vehicle-specific caliper type and size are selected for optimal performance, ensuring each kit offers the best possible braking experience for your vehicle. The kits come with APF404 compound, high quality fast road brake pads as standard; however, various pad compounds can be purchased separately to tailor your driving preferences.
