Acousta-Fil Boa - Exhaust Silencer Packing

The Acousta-Fil Boa, an innovative exhaust silencer packing solution, deviates from conventional wadding designs. Unlike traditional wadding that requires users to fill a specific amount which later expands when exposed to heat, this Boa version comes in a long length similar to a feather boa. The unique design allows for more efficient filling of oval or intricately shaped silencers and cans due to its versatility and adaptability. Simply loosely wrap or pack the Boa into the silencer, and it will expand to fill any voids as heat from the exhaust gases activates its expansion properties, ensuring effective sound absorption. This product is supplied in a 400g bag, sufficient for filling a silencer approximately 400mm long and 100mm in diameter.
