The AIM Motorsport PDM32 Advanced Power Distribution Module is a state-of-the-art solution for power distribution in vehicles, eliminating the need for traditional fuse boxes and relays.

Designed to simplify electronic installations, this module offers enhanced control and increased reliability with its 32 channels. The PDM32 is suitable for use on its own or can be paired with a range of dash displays - 5", 6" or 10" options are available.

This advanced power distribution module is capable of receiving data from the vehicle's ECU and includes an integrated data logger and GPS module for lap timing and track mapping. With its rugged aluminium case, it is designed to withstand harsh motorsport environments.

The PDM32 features 28 high-side outputs and 4 half-bridge outputs, with ratings up to 20A (high power), 15A (mid power), and 10A (low power) respectively. Each output provides feedback to the data logger, enabling monitoring of vital information such as open circuits, short circuits, high/low voltage, fault retries, and time between retries. All outputs can be configured as PWM for soft starts/stops.

The PDM32 boasts an impressive array of inputs: 8 analogue/digital inputs, 4 digital-only inputs, and 2 speed inputs. It is capable of managing data from various sources, including the ECU (over 1000 protocols available), digital/analogue inputs, internal 9-axis EMU, GPS (lap time and position), expansion modules, push buttons (from RIO02 or any commercial CAN keypad), and PDM outputs (currents and status of each channel individually).

The optional GPS module provides easy lap timing and track mapping with a database of over 4000 race tracks. The dash controller is available in three sizes: 5", 6", or 10" options, and supports up to two cameras for both front and rear views (cameras sold separately). It also functions as a reversing mirror when combined with a separately available camera, making it particularly useful for cars with limited rear vision.

The PDM32's outputs are designed for optimum performance: 4 high power (rated up to 20A), 12 mid power (rated up to 15A), and 12 low power (rated up to 10A) outputs, plus 4 half bridge outputs (rated up to 35A). The module's total continuous maximum current capacity is 120A.

This powerful system can be expanded with additional button options such as Remote Button CAN Interface Keypads (4-15 buttons) or CAN Wireless Wheel 10 Button Plates (4, 8, or 10 buttons, plus carbon fibre option and/or paddle shift). The PDM32 is supplied with a 35 pin AMP connector featuring gold pins for easy wiring. For a simpler wiring solution, a pre-assembled harness is available separately.
