The AIM Motorsport PDM32 is a cutting-edge 32-channel advanced power distribution module designed for automotive applications.

It streamlines wiring installations by replacing conventional fuse boxes and relays, ensuring increased reliability and control functions.

The PDM32 can be purchased individually or in conjunction with 5", 6", or 10" dash displays. Additionally, it's compatible with GPS modules for lap timing and track mapping.

PDM32 Outputs:

The PDM32 boasts 28 high-side outputs and 4 half-bridge outputs, rated up to 20A (high power), 15A (mid power), 10A (low power), and 35A (half bridge).

Total continuous maximum current capacity is 120A. Each output provides feedback to the data logger for diagnostics such as open/short circuits, high/low voltage, fault retries, and voltage thresholds.

All outputs are configurable as PWM channels for controlled start/stop functionality.

PDM32 Inputs:

The PDM32 features 8 analogue/digital inputs, 4 digital-only inputs, and 2 speed inputs for versatile data acquisition.

Data Management:

The PDM32 can process data from the vehicle's ECU (with over 1000 supported protocols), digital/analogue inputs, internal 9-axis EMU, GPS, expansion modules, push buttons (from RIO02 Remote Input Output module or any commercial CAN keypad), and PDM outputs for comprehensive monitoring.

GPS Option:

The optional GPS09 module enables lap timing, lap positioning, and track mapping functionality. It comes with a pre-installed database of over 4000 race tracks, making it easy to identify timing points for optimised performance.

The GPS09 is available in various lead lengths and entry configurations (underneath roof or side entry).

Dash Display Options:

The TFT dash displays are suitable replacements for traditional dashboard gauges and warning lamps. They come in 5", 6", or 10" sizes, with "Race" or "Street" icon sets.

Both versions offer fully configurable displays and layouts. The larger displays also function as reversing mirrors when paired with compatible cameras.

Expansion Options:

The PDM system can be further customised with additional button options, such as Remote Button CAN Interface Keypads (4-15 buttons) or CAN Wireless Wheel 10 Button Plates (4, 8, or 10 buttons, plus carbon fibre option and/or paddle shift).

Installation Aid:

The PDM32 comes with a 35-pin AMP connector featuring gold pins for reliable wiring. For simpler installation, a pre-assembled harness is available separately.
