OBP Dark Matter Header Tank - Option 2: Achieve a sleek, high-performance look with OBP's Dark Matter alloy water header tank. This option boasts a Matt black coating known as 'Dark Matter', providing a hard-wearing and resistant finish that stands up to petrol, oils, acid, and alkali. Perfect for use in competition engine bays where conditions are at their most challenging, the Dark Matter coating ensures longevity and an appealing appearance. This aircraft grade aluminium tank is not only durable but also pressure tested for quality assurance. Its versatile design allows it to be installed in bespoke, one-off or competition setups where original header tanks may not fit. Suitable for both track and fast road use, these tanks offer the usual high-quality craftsmanship from OBP, with appropriate inlets and outlets tailored to meet various requirements. With options including horizontal and vertical mounting, this product has an approximate 2 Litre capacity (200x100mm). The header tank features a 10mm outlet, 18mm inlet, 8mm overflow, and either a standard radiator cap fitting or a screw cap. Keeping weight low at just 2mm thick, this header tank still delivers on the demands of competition and performance applications.
