The DC Electronics EPAS Ultra Motorsport Power Steering System is an advanced electric power-assisted steering system designed specifically for competition use.

• This standalone unit offers extensive customisation options through the included setup software, enabling you to tailor the motor's position within your vehicle and adjust its orientation as needed.
• The compact EPAS motor can be mounted between the steering wheel and the steering rack, with rotational flexibility ensuring it fits seamlessly into any car's unique spatial requirements.

The motor housing integrates a torque sensor to measure driver force application, sending data to the ECU for real-time processing. With no hydraulic lines or fluid required, installation is simplified and potential leaks are eliminated. Additionally, eliminating these components reduces overall weight and improves fuel efficiency.

The Ultra Motorsport System comes with the Ultra ECU, a professional motorsport-grade unit that offers advanced fine tuning capabilities. It features CAN Bus compatibility for data logging and steering parameter storage, as well as 4 digital outputs, 2 speed inputs, 2 digital inputs, and 3 analogue inputs for custom applications.

• Supplied with high-quality Autosport connectors and a machined billet housing, the Ultra ECU also boasts an energy-efficient heat sink to dissipate excess thermal energy.

The EPAS Desktop Pro software allows you to configure the system's 5 setup maps, which control the electronic assistance level depending on applied torque.
