Vibra Technics Uprated Gearbox/Transmission mounts are manufactured primarily from natural rubber compounds and occasionally from blends of synthetic and natural rubber to achieve specific properties. The extensive experience and testing in all kinds of environmental conditions by automobile manufacturers have shown that only natural rubber compounds deliver optimum performance and durability, which is why it's still universally used today.

The attachment of the rubber to metal components is achieved through a chemical bonding process during moulding, using the latest adhesive systems. This ensures a seamless integration of the two materials, resulting in a robust and durable gearbox mount.
