Vibra Technics Competition Uprated Gearbox Mount is designed for high-performance applications where a direct replacement for the standard mount is required, offering superior control over engine and drive train stress caused by competition driving. The competition mount eliminates clearance problems with strut braces and exhaust systems, body panels, and improves handling while providing vibration isolation at high engine speeds.

The Competition Uprated Gearbox Mount is manufactured primarily from natural rubber compounds or blends of synthetic and natural rubber to provide specific properties for particular applications. Natural rubber compounds have been proven through extensive testing by automobile manufacturers to offer optimal performance and durability, which is why it remains universally used today by every car manufacturer.

The attachment of the rubber to metal components is achieved through chemical bonding during the moulding process using the latest adhesive systems. This ensures a strong and durable bond between the two materials.

The Competition Uprated Gearbox Mount is designed to replace various engine mounts, transmission mounts, and torque links depending on application. Additionally, a limited range of suspension bush kits are also available.
