The Vibra Technics Uprated Gearbox Mount - Competition has been specifically designed for high-performance applications where an upgraded replacement for the standard mount is required. This mount offers improved control and handling in high-stress situations, providing a much higher level of engine control to cope with increased engine and drive train stress caused by competition driving.

The competition mounts eliminate clearance problems with strut braces and exhaust systems, body panels, and more, while still providing vibration isolation at high engine speeds. Not recommended for road use.

The Vibra Technics Competition Uprated Engine Mounts are manufactured primarily from natural rubber compounds, occasionally blending synthetic and natural rubber to provide specific properties for particular applications. Natural rubber compounds have been proven through extensive experience and testing by automobile manufacturers to offer optimum performance and durability.

During the moulding process, the rubber is chemically bonded to metal components using the latest chemical adhesive systems. This ensures a secure attachment of the rubber to metal components.

The Competition mounts are available as replacements for various engine mounts, transmission mounts, and torque links depending on application. A limited range of suspension bush kits is also available.
