Samco Turbocharger Straight Silicone Hoses are expertly crafted to precise specifications and are available in a diverse array of colours and sizes, ranging from 6.5mm up to 200mm in bore diameter.

These hoses are ideal for use in high-temperature applications, particularly for turbocharger connections, but can also be employed in supercharger or water systems where exposure to extreme temperatures is expected.

It's important to note that Samco Turbocharger Hoses should not be utilised for any oil or fuel applications.

These hoses are made using advanced Nomex materials, allowing them to withstand temperatures as high as 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit).

They're sold in 10cm (3.94 inches) increments; for instance, if a 50cm (19.69 inches) length is needed, you would need to purchase a quantity of 5 hoses.

The wall thicknesses vary depending on the bore diameter:

• - 4mm for diameters ranging from 6.5mm to 38mm
• - 4.8mm for diameters between 41mm and 63mm
• - 5.5mm for diameters ranging from 65mm to 127mm

For convenience, Samco offers these hoses in lengths up to 1m (39.37 inches) as standard, but custom lengths of up to 2 or 3 meters can be arranged by contacting our team directly for more information and availability.
