By efficiently cooling the oil, these coolers prevent it from becoming excessively thin and losing its protective properties, thereby reducing wear on your engine components.

The 235mm matrix version features a width including brackets of 330mm and a height consisting of 25 rows of oilways, providing superior cooling capabilities for optimal engine operation.

The oil coolers are positioned where air can easily pass through them, typically at the front of your vehicle, allowing airflow to cool the oil as it flows through the cooler's oilways.

Oil is supplied via pipes connected to the engine, with a sandwich plate typically used to connect the engine and oil filter for seamless integration.

Our Mocal Oil Coolers are available in two matrix widths - 115mm and 235mm, offering a range of sizes to suit various engine types.

The overall dimensions, including brackets, measure 210mm and 330mm for the 235mm version. The thickness of all coolers is uniform at 51mm.

These oil coolers come in standard duty and heavy-duty versions.

Standard duty coolers have a working pressure of 150 Psi, while heavy-duty coolers boast a higher working pressure of 180 Psi.

The latter includes thicker material in critical areas and features aluminium castings between the plates to ensure added strength and reliability for motorsport applications.
