Kumho Ecsta V70A Tyre - 335/30 R18 (102W) - Hard

The Kumho Ecsta V70A is a high-performance tyre specifically designed for track days, circuit racing, sprints, and hill climbs. Its development was influenced by Kumho's vast experience in various motorsport disciplines, including Formula 3, sports car/production car racing, rallycross, and rallying.

As a result of its rigorous testing and approval processes, the Ecsta V70A has been DOT Approved and proven its credentials as the control tyre for several one-make series, such as the Kumho BMW challenge and TVR Tasmin Challenge.

The tyre boasts advanced silica tread compounds available in super soft, soft, medium, and hard compounds, offering superior wet and dry traction and handling. Its directional tread design provides excellent acceleration, braking, and cornering capabilities, while its large lateral and centre channels ensure maximum water dispersion to maintain traction in shallow standing water or damp conditions.

The internal structure of the tyre features two wide steel belts for enhanced cornering power and a stable footprint, as well as two durable nylon plies that provide high-speed stability and resistance to centrifugal forces.

Additionally, it's worth noting that the Ecsta V70A has received E-markings for road use and is listed in MSA List 1C.
