Please note: These catalytic converters are not legal for use on vehicles manufactured after 1st March 2001 for use on public roads in the UK, unless they have been type ECE 103R approved. Fitting a de-cat or cat bypass to a vehicle that needs to be used on UK roads will result in it failing the MOT emissions test and thus becoming unroadworthy and illegal.

Additionally, installing these converters may require a remap due to different readings from the Lambda sensors in the exhaust system. For highest-performing upgrades, a catalytic converter is often an essential part of the package.
